Key PointsBy ordering a commission from me, you agree to all terms described on this page.
In particular:Commissions are private (non-commercial) by default and intended for personal use only.
The client may not use private commissions for commercial purposes (i.e., to earn profit).
If commercial use is intended, it must be discussed in advance — additional fees and a separate contract will apply.
Cancellation will result in a partial refund, depending on the progress made.
Editing requests after the sketch approval stage may require an additional fee.Final files include:
a high-resolution version with my signature (for personal use)
a watermarked, lower-resolution version (for public sharing)
Clients may only share the watermarked version and must credit Noctylin as the artist.
Removing or altering my signature or watermark is prohibited.
The artist retains full copyright and may use completed commissions for promotional or commercial purposes without sharing profits, unless otherwise agreed.I. General InformationThese Terms of Service apply to all private (non-commercial) commissions.
By ordering and paying for a private commission, you agree to all terms listed here.-Commercial projects require a specific written contract signed by both parties before any payment.
Examples of commercial use include:
logos, book covers for published works, Twitch/YouTube assets for monetized channels, or any art used for profit.
-You must be 18 years or older to commission me.
Communication must be clear and in English or Portuguese to prevent misunderstandings — this applies to all references and descriptions.
-Please be polite and respectful. I reserve the right to cancel a commission if the client behaves rudely.
-Respect my schedule: after sending a message, please wait 5–6 business days before following up.Privacy Policy:-I collect only names, nicknames, and emails for communication or newsletter purposes.
-I do not share or sell any data to third parties.
-For physical shipments, I will collect your name, address, and phone number solely for postal services.
-You may request data deletion at any time via email.
-Any disputes will be governed under Brazilian law.
-Although this document is formal, I aim to maintain friendly, open communication with all clients.II. Services and PricingAll commissions are digital unless otherwise specified.
I can draw in multiple styles. If you prefer a specific style, send references — I’ll confirm if I’m comfortable with it.
If none is specified, I will use my standard semi-realistic style or whichever best fits the concept.
Most comfortable: humanoids, animals, furries, creatures, and character art.
Less familiar but learning: realistic humans, kemono, anime, and complex environments.
Not familiar: architecture, sci-fi settings, or fantasy universes like Dungeons & Dragons and World of Warcraft.May or may not draw: artistic nudity, NSFW, or mild gore (case-by-case; 20–30% fee may apply).
Will not draw: fetish art, illegal content, hate speech, or politically incorrect themes.I may decline designs with exaggerated sexualized anatomy unless I can adapt them to my aesthetic standards.
All prices exclude taxes and may vary over time.
Changes in pricing do not affect existing quotes.
Listed prices represent base rates for a single character without a background.
Complexity (design, lighting, perspective, etc.) can increase the final cost.
Multiple characters are charged individually.III. Commission AvailabilityCommission openings are announced in the Commissions section of my website.
Occasionally, I only open specific slots for certain types of work.
If you contact me outside an open period, I may ask you to wait until the next one.
Reservations and waitlists are generally not accepted (exceptions may occur).
You may request a quote at any time — quotes are valid for 3 months.IV. Ordering ProcessTo order, please fill out the official commission form (available only during openings).
Include visual references of your character (unless it’s a design commission) and describe the desired pose, mood, and composition.
Short sketches are often more useful than long text descriptions.
Send high-quality references only — AI-generated images are not accepted.
Specify dimensions (pixels or cm/in + DPI).
Maximum supported size: 5000 px on the longest side.
If your intended use goes beyond “having it and posting it online” (for instance: RPGs, zines, prints, etc.), inform me in advance.I reserve the right to refuse commissions without providing a reason.
Commission order is determined at my discretion, not by submission time.
I generally do not work with strict deadlines, but one may be negotiated (it may affect pricing).
When a deadline is agreed upon, the client must respond within 1–2 days after each update.
In rare cases (e.g., payments over €500), I may request identity verification. Refusal may result in rejection.V. Payment and Refund PolicyAll quotes are fixed and non-negotiable, unless otherwise stated.
If a lower price is agreed upon, the quality will reflect that reduction.
All prices are listed in USD ($).
PayPal conversion rates may vary; I am not responsible for currency fluctuations.
Once agreed, you will receive a PayPal invoice — please do not send money in advance.
I do not accept other payment methods.
Invoices must be paid within 7 days (extensions can be discussed).
Work begins after full payment, unless otherwise agreed.
Payment plans are available for orders above $250, with installments of at least $100.
I can begin with the sketch after a 50% upfront payment, with the final piece delivered after full payment (if agreed beforehand).Refunds:-If the client cancels: refund proportional to progress made.
-If I cancel: same rule applies.
-If the client is unresponsive for over 3 months, the project may be canceled with a partial refund.
After a refund, the project is closed and requires new payment to resume.VI. Creation Process-I send progress updates (WIPs) at key stages for feedback.
Major revisions beyond the approved stage may incur extra costs.
-Respect my workflow — I often manage multiple projects.
Daily inquiries are discouraged; if you don’t hear from me for several weeks, then feel free to check in.
-Any significant delays will be communicated.
-I may share WIPs or timelapses on Patreon or social media unless you request privacy.
A digital commission is not considered complete until the client approves it.
-However, excessive revision requests (beyond 5–6 rounds) may result in cancellation and refund per my discretion.VII. Usage RightsYou will receive:-High-resolution file (for personal use)
-Watermarked version (for online sharing)
-When posting, use only the watermarked file and credit Noctylin.
-Do not claim the artwork as your own.
-Keep your files safe — I may not be able to resend them if lost.Removing or editing my signature or watermark implies you are purchasing commercial rights.
Minor edits (resizing, cropping, light filters) are fine; major edits require approval.
I retain full copyright and may use the artwork in portfolios, prints, advertising, or merchandise without sharing profits.
If you wish to obtain copyright ownership, this must be negotiated in advance for an additional fee.
If the artwork is a gift, I can delay public posting upon request.
You retain ownership of your character design, but using my artwork for commercial purposes without a license is strictly forbidden.
Usage of my artwork in NFTs, AI datasets, or blockchain-related activities is strictly prohibited and will be reported.VIII. AdoptablesMost adoptables are sold or auctioned exclusively on Discord for Patreon members.
Unsold designs are made public later (Twitter, DeviantArt, etc.).Purchase:After confirmation, I’ll send a PayPal invoice.
Full payment must be made within 2 weeks.
For prices above $250, installments are available.
Ownership transfers only after full payment.
Some adoptables include bonus artwork, as stated in their sale rules.
Additional art requires extra payment.Ownership Rights:You may modify the design, create lore, or commission other artists.
You must credit Amayensis as the original creator.
You cannot remove my signature or watermark.
You may resell, trade, or gift the design, but not for a higher price than originally paid.
Using adoptables for illegal purposes or NFTs is forbidden.IX. Abuse PolicyClients must not insult, harass, or belittle the artist — especially regarding artistic style or perceived quality.
I reserve the right to terminate the commission at any point if such behavior occurs.
In such cases, up to 50% of the payment may be retained as a service fee.
Persistent harassment (e.g., excessive status requests) may also lead to cancellation under the same refund policy.
